- offer at least three items on the menu that are sourced locally
- use at least two local suppliers on a regular basis
- purchase produce from within a 30 mile radius of their premises
- will provide a good choice on the breakfast menu including low fat, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan items
- will provide local or home made preserves, honey and dairy products
- will provide alternative breakfasts for those with food allergies and intolerances
